Mastermind
Everyone talks about themselves for 1 minute, fixes their task/problem, it can be just a hypothesis for discussion. Next, in turn, everyone says their question and receives feedback from each participant (1 minute each). The moderator controls the timing. So in 10 minutes you can disassemble 1 case or 8 cases in 1.5 hours.

Discussion on a selected case, which is proposed by the participants themselves (it can be both a business case and a case on a personal topic). Meetings are conducted by a professional moderator. He/she monitors whether all the rules have been followed and promotes the development of the level of trust between the participants in each other, as this is the basis of the Peer-to-Peer format

I am from Odessa, but I have always been in love with Kyiv because it is the capital not only of Ukraine, but also of Ukrainian business.
That is why she lived in Kyiv from 2013 to 2022, where she developed her event agency SERIOZNA. AGENCY which is currently under the operational direction of the СEO.
In addition, before the war, she had a store with wetsuits at Cuba Camp. Prior to her entrepreneurial activities, she worked as a director of development and head of the legal department at the SeaGate logistics company. She is a lawyer by education. We are organizing team-building events and corporate parties.
